• Is This Wrong? faol Posted : 5/2/2006 12:33:42 PM To stop Zoe's constant barking, I punched a hole in a water bottle lid and then filled the bottle with water so we could squirt her when she barked.  It worked, she barks once now and then stops.   So I decided to use the water bottle when we go for walks.  If she got ahead of me, I would squirt across her nose and tell her to slow down.  That worked quickly, just one walk and already she would drop back when I said slow down only.    Is this okay, or am I being mean?
