• Recommended Videos Robert Strong Posted : 4/1/2006 10:49:09 AM   I am new to training, but I am interested in working with my pups. I am mostly interested in teaching them obedience and tracking. (Maybe even more at a later time). He has vidoes on Walking on a loose leash, Teaching your dog to come every time you call, Boundary and perimeter training, Teaching your dog to hold a down stay, and Housebreaking in a Hurry. • Mic Posted : 4/6/2006 11:25:53 AM Adam is a good trainer (he and I have known each other for a few years now), but he is VERY traditional.  I would consider a more positive approach to training your pup especially if you want to do tracking.  With working pups a great deal of focus should be on increasing drive and not inhibiting drive, and traditional training can inhibit drive if done improperly at an early age.    0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
