Puppy will poo on the pad, but not pee?

• Puppy will poo on the pad, but not pee? rileygirl Posted : 5/10/2006 10:59:55 AM My 3 month old has the pooping down pat, either outside or on the "pee pad". But, he will not pee on the pads. He goes outside or on the carpet. Any suggestions?
