Afraid to stay home alone since brought to America!

• Afraid to stay home alone since brought to America! sennata Posted : 8/28/2006 10:34:13 AM We recently brought our dog to US on a direct flight from Israel, And since then he begins barking and crying whenever he's left alone in the house.              Can anyone give some advice?? He'll have to stay home by himself eventually.... If he was in quarantine (which I imagine he would have to have been) for however many weeks it is maybe he is just upset and insecure from being away from you in a strange, unfriendly kennel for so long. That's all I can think of, if he was fine before the move. I'm sure it's hard and stressful for him. There are a lot of resources around on seperation anxiety.
