Bette Davis was so good about going outside, but now she just sniffs around on her walks and takes forever to go either 1 or 2. Sometimes she doesn't do anything and then later pees in the house. • calliecritturs Posted : 8/27/2006 9:03:57 PM First have her checked by a vet -- you don't want to overlook something medical.    But she may be trying to extend her time with you -- you can't let walks be marathons.  Go out, give her a minute or two and then IMMEDIATELY back in ... but watch her like a hawk (don't give her the opportunity to go away and sneak a pee in another room).  If you 'miss' it and she gets away with it then that reinforces that it's the no hassle way to go.   Has it been raining?  Has the sidewalk been hot?  Have you changed her schedule at all? 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
