Boiled hamburger or boiled chicken with white rice is standard fare for a short-term diet that calms the tummy. There is not a lot of "grease" in lean ground beef, and what there is you drain off with the water.
I have friends whose Wheaten has severe food allergies, source still undetermined. I may be wrong but I think this breed is one that's prone to allergies. Also, coincidentally, they used to feed Wellness and he always had runny stool.
So if I gather correctly you have tried a couple of chicken-based foods and a lamb-based food. What you should do next is choose a high quality food with a different protein source. Natural Balance makes a Venison formula and a Herring formula both good for allergy dogs. California Natural makes a simple Herring formula. Solid Gold has a very formulas with different protein sources including beef and bison. The transition to a new food may cause the runs, but if you add some plain unsweetened yogurt this could help the pup's digestion. Plain canned pumpkin can add a little fiber and bulk to the food. Give it at least a few days for the puppy to adjust before attempting to switch again.
