OH! And you CAN create drives in your dog

    Hi belgmal_girl. [:)]

I was mostly just ranting about the food thing.  I actually prefer she's not constantly drooling and bugging me for food [:D].

We sorta do NILIF in that we make her sit to put her leash on and off, before getting treats and food, opening doors etc.  But we give her luvin's all the time [;)].  For a 16 week old puppy, I have had very little problems with her (I am very lucky so far).  So I think that's sufficient.

We are just working with the clicker as more of a fun, mind exersice sort of thing.  I've been reading how everyone's dog really love working with the clicker (they feel good when they "get it") and how it's good for bonding and such.  I just do what JM says . . . I work with what I get for the day.  Really I just want her to have fun and feel smart.

Today we worked a little on touching my hand with her nose . . . she did it about 8 times or so before she was off to see the kitty . . . LOL.

Then, you can do what I did. Do that touch exercise while walking around the house or yard and you will find yourself creating a heel. I've done that with Shadow and he was bred to be out in front pulling hard and running fast.
