Tom Lonsdale's Raw Meaty Bones

Does anyone have this book? What is the basic "formula" or "recipe" that he suggests?

 I am going to order it soon as I get paid this week but I have read on other websites and in _The Encylopedia of Natural Pet Care_ that he suggests 60% rmbs and 40% table scraps (as I understand it, leftovers from regular human meals-meats ,vegges, fruits).  This sounds completely sensible to me, and since I eat no grains/potatoes/sugar myself and use little to no seasoning on my food, I could easily make a little extra to share with them at supper time.

I also have a very nice culture of kefir going, and the dogs beg for various fruits, veggies and nuts when I have them myself.  I beleive I would offer them a balanced diet with lots of variety this way and I could also be on the hunt for organ meats.
