If this is a one time thing I wouldn't worry too much, but I'd try and space it out as much as possible. Cut the remainder into pieces that you would use for a meal (ie: 2 tablespoon portions) and freeze it on wax paper. When its frozen transfer to a plastic freezer bag. You can then take out one meals worth whenever you want.
I don't feed my dog tuna at all. She does get lots of fresh fish but I tend to stick with smaller fish that don't build up contaminants (jack mackeral, sardines - find them in water with no added salt).
