how far do you drive for classes?

Well, the agility school we were going to for 2 years has now closed.  All of the other facilities are at least 45 minutes away (the place we went to was 10 min away).  How far do you travel to your classes?

i traveled pretty much that far. and by cab at that (cabs are cheap, but not for that kinda distance)...

but what you gonna do... was the only class available to me as well...

"Regular" club (1-3 times a week) is 45 minutes each way, but I like to grab Subway so I allot an hour to get there.

Schutzhund club is 1.75 hours each way, but again I get Subway and usually need gas so I leave 2 hours before when going.

The shows we attend (every few weeks) are usually 1-1.5 hours.  The other SchH club I'm trying to get into would be 3 hours each way, once a week.

Class is only 30 minutes away for me.

40 minute drive with light traffic.

For herding, I drive 45 mins each way. For obedience and agility, only about 15 mins.

Mileage-wise, I'm not sure (40?) -- but it's all interstate driving (so 70+ mph) and door to door is between 25-30 minutes.

For trials (that aren't held at our training facility), we average about a three hour drive, but have gone as far as five hours away.  Next weekend I'm driving down to Madison the morning of the trial and will have to leave home before 5:00 a.m.  Yay....  But that's what you get when you're too cheap/poor to spring for a hotel.  lol

About 40 minutes to our classes.

The Tuesday class is an hour and 15. The Thursday class is 30 minutes. Friday morning class is 45 minutes. Saturday morning 30 minutes, and Sunday is 45 minutes. On Sunday, we do both rally AND tracking, so we're there all morning.

On Sunday, I'm going to try to make it to an obedience trial in Savannah. That's an hour and maybe a half. If we go and Ena seems comfortable, I'll probably sign her up for a class with that club. Training junkies, here.

     20-30 minutes depending on traffic.

DH & I train at different facilities.  Mine is about a 15 minute walk, or 3-4 minute drive.  DH's is about a 35 minute drive.  Herding class is about an hour from us.

To work where my dogs train in the guise of being demo dogs every week or two: 15 mins, 10 miles.

To agility once a week: 35 mins, 25 miles

To SAR once or twice a week: between 15 and 90 mins depending on training site, 10 to 60 miles

To herding infrequently: 75 mins, 50 miles

Thanks so much for the responses!  I guess I was really spoiled with a 10 minute drive.  The place I'm looking at now will be almost an hour, once a week.  But it's looking like the only option.

Depends- the competition classes are about 20-30 minutes away (15 miles), our less serious class is 5 minutes from here.
