It is pretty basic and freezes wonderfully well!
This is a Doubled recipe
5 lb roll of lean ground beef , browned with 1 diced onion , 2 tbsp Tony Catcheres Cajun Seasoning Drain grease.
Two large cans of C of Mushroom and two larg cans of c of celery
2 pints of sour creme
Finely shredded Cheddar cheese about 4-6 cups
In a casserole dish layer in the following order..
seasoned ground beef
combined soups
Tater Tots ( I like the crispy kind)
cheese
repeat above.
cook at 350 for about an hour , till heated through
I hope this is the one you meant , it is the one my family loves. You can save a step by mixing the cooked beef and soups in a large bowl then layering the rest of the ingredients.
