Eeeeeee!!!! I may get to train...

a Beardie for agility!!  A friend of a friend has an 8 month old Beardie that she would like to see do agility but she has no interest in agility herself.  Since my dogs are getting old and not really liking the trial aspect of agility, we are going to discuss me working with Ramsay to teach him agility.  :D  I've already met him as they came to our Agility Try It seminar and he's a cutey!!!  Not sure about all that fur but at least I won't have to bend down to give him treats like I do with Kota.  :D

Can't wait to talk more with her.  I'm so excited!!!!  Yay!!!!

We have two beardies that compete here  I think one of them , Zoom, is the #1 ranked in breed. They are beautiful to watch as their hair flows while they move. The ones we see are very, very pushy.

I saw a beardy at the last agility trial I went to. The handler had a "Pebbles Flinstone" hair do going on her dog so it could see. Big Smile I found that humorous.

Sounds like fun! I hope it all works out for you.

Yup!  That's what Ramsay looks like!  I can't remember if the owner keeps him trimmed or natural, so I might be doing something similar for the guy.  :D

The owner has two of them. One grey (above) and the other gold. They both have the "pebbles" hair tie everytime they run.

They both are some pushy dogs on the course. haha
