Warning from FDA

 And it says Indiana is one of the states served by this distribution center; thanks for posting this.

 just a message from the inside. the distribution center has stopped distributing food until it has been cleaned up. the food is all safe unless the food packaging is damaged in any way. there were birds that were pooing on the bags and there were rats/mice that were found at the DC. i work at petco and im not just saying this all because I work there. but..we were kinda disgusted to hear about this as well. it has put a lot more work on us, too because we have been having to go around and  clean all the outsides of the bags off to be safe. anything that was ripped/tore in anyway we are sending back. we have had some bags with bird poo on them but tahts the worst we've seen. we havent seen any mouse droppings in any boxes or rat/mice chew holes on any bags... at least at my store. so im not sure if its QUITE as bad as some websites are making it out to be. but it may be different with other stores. if you feel uncomfortable with any bags you have. your local petco will be glad to reimburse you for them. hope this helps some.

  OT, but have you ever been to Wally World and seen sparrows flying around inside the store; I have and it really irks me.
 

YES, I WAS THERE YESTERDAY AND A BIRD WAS FLYING AROUND.  I THINK THEY MUST CEOM INTHRU TE GARDENCENTER.  HERE THERE IS AN OPEN ENTRY INTO THE SHADECENTER AND I THINK THEY MUT GET IN TO THAT AREA AN THN INTO THE STORE WHEN THE DOORS OPEN FOR FOLKS TO COME IN AND OUT.
