All of my crew likes watermelon, and they all refuse mango and banana.

My grandson dropped a box of raisons and Woofie was eating them like craze. No ill effects though.

Pirate LOVES a chunk of apple, especially frozen. He likes banana slices too. He won't touch strawberries. He'll tolerate most melon, but I don't like them so it's rare that he gets them.

Prunes, figs, cantalope, honeydew, watermelon (TONS), apple, pears ... just about anything I give them.

Zhi eats anything.  Maggie and Gus eat any sweet fruit.  Lynn is trying hard to appreciate veggies and fruits but she doesn't quite get it yet.  She loves bananas though and I shared some baked plantain with her the other day (seasoned with adobo) and she really liked that.

They get some kind of fruit with their stew, but that's mixed with meat so I've never seen a healthy dog that refused that.  I include a fleshy fruit like apple or pear, a tropical fruit, and berries, in each batch.

Emma will eat melons, with me, if the mood hits her. Otherwise? It better be mixed with ground meat, or she is not going to eat it. That happened after her tummy started working better and she stopped eating everything that was slower than her. She used to love banana, apple, and just about anything I put in front of her.

She does like broccoli, though. She's been eating  a good bit of that, lately, because she asks for it. I figure if she wants it bad enough to ask, she must need something in it.

Sammy and Lucy usually spit out any fruit..    Maizy loves watermelon.   No banana's though, too soft!

Rory is a hound for apples......with core and peel cut out of course. Man that girl can smell a apple a mile away. Is it true the seeds are harmful? She never gets seeds anyways but if I wave any kind of citrus infront of her nose I get the nastiest look like "how dare you offer me citrus", lol. Banana's are a no no too!

Niko, being a typical lab, will eat anything. I give him blueberries, strawberries, pineapples, payayas, and anything else I happen to buy. P.S. He is developing a taste for brazilian nuts....hahaha...........He gets a few once in awhile.

Maze will jump through hoops for blueberries, bananas, and watermelon. BUT I have to make her work for it, or she'll spit it out and wait for me to do the routine. She also used to suck lemons (seriously!) but not anymore.

Mine all love apples- but Lucy only eats them if I take the peel off first.  I can always find someone else to eat the peel, though!

    They also all love pineapple.

What drives me nuts is that none of my dogs like blueberries- at all.  They are so healthy and so full of antioxidants, and you would think they'd be fun for a dog to eat- they're round and they roll all over the floor.  But nope- they won't touch 'em...

Apollo likes apples. We went apple picking last year and came home with a couple bags of fresh apples. I went up stairs, DF went to take a shower....Apollo came running upstairs (after me) with 3 apples stuffed in his mouth!!! Um...gimme those back, thank you...I cut them up (no core) and gave them to him as treats, ever since then he's liked them.

Buddy the lab will eat anything I put in front of him.  Heidi, the GSD loves frozen blueberries, oranges, and watermelon.  I can't find an apple that she likes yet.  Haven't tried strawberries...for some reason I was thinking they weren't good for dogs; that and grapes.  Hmmm.  What fruits ARE bad for them, if any?

They both love Yucca root. Frozen or cooked, but not so much thawed and raw.  On a hot day, great frozen treat.  I know that's not a fruit...but it was worth mentioning.  Big Smile

Bugsy LOVES fruit - banana is a holy grail type food, berries - any, melon- any, goes bonkers for papaya, apples, pears, oranges are one of the few foods where he does the watery drool thing for - perhaps anticipating their tanginess Big Smile.  I love fruit and always have a variety around.  He also likes dried fruit like apricot, cherries, berries, applesm, etc.

I think he wasn't over keen on pineapple but he ate it Big Smile
