What do you feed ?

    • Gold Top Dog

Nutro Max in the green bag...or Nature's Recipe Adults/Puppy depends on who's here.

Why? They look great, good price, and neither has that beet stuff that causes mine to caca like there's no tomorrow.

eta: both have nice breeder programs.

    • Gold Top Dog

Eukunaba adult Maint.  They usually get some carrots in the morning and green beans in the afternoon with their meals.

    • Bronze

I feed my 22 week old Shih-Tzu a mix of Fromm Duck and Sweet Potato and Solid Gold Wee Bits Bison and Salmon. His trainer suggested changing him over from puppy to adult food, and the vet agreed, because the accelerated growth of their bones from eating puppy food can later cause joint issues. The trainer, who also breeds Belgians, does this with all of her dogs and hers are healthy, with no dysplasia or joint problems...and my puppy loves this food. I also like the fact that there are no fillers, no by-products, no preservatives, etc. in this...everything in there is healthy and the same types of foods humans eat...and yes, I did taste it myself and it's pretty decent tasting for 'dog food', lol. I had him on Eukanuba puppy and he wasn't thrilled with that...and best part is now he poops less than he did before, so he's absorbing more nutrients than he did on the Eukanuba, and he doesn't snack on his poop anymore either.
