Great frozen treat for the heat (or teething puppy)

I was bored so I decided to make Foster some frozen treats. I made up the recipe although I'm sure there are many out there like this already. anyways, here it is!

+3/4 of a pound of fresh or frozen fruit, chopped into small peices(i like to use peaches, pineapple and honeydew melon balls and if you don't have time to chop you can run it through the food processor)
+1 tablespoon of honey or corn syrup
+1 1/2 cups of yogurt (I used french vanilla, and it's really good!)
+1 cup of orange juice (I used fresh squeezed, but concentrate works just as well)
    +4 tablespoons of cottage cheese
    +1/3 cup of coconut

Coat the fruit in the honey or corn syrup, set aside. Mix the yogurt and cottage cheese in a bowl. Add the orange juice and stirr until it's thoroughly mixed in. Add the fruit and coconut into the yogurt/cheese mixture and mix.

You can enjoy this yourself just the way it is without freezing it, and you can sweeten it a bit more with some splenda or sugar. But for the dog, you can pour it in to icecube trays, or muffin tins or whatever you want. I used these cool icecube trays shaped like long oblongs I got from Ikea. When you have the mixture in whatever you chose, place it in the freezer until frozen. (You can cover it with aluminum foil so it doesn't get freezer burn) Enjoy! Hope your dogs enjoy these as much as mine does!

[:D]What a great recipe!  It's hard to find suitable treats for my dogs - they're allergic to corn and wheat.  Thanks for the tip!
