I still don`t get it. What exactly are you trying to tell us? Did I miss anything?
Are you trying to tell us something about training dogs in a Schutzhund-Ausbildung?

I cannot stand haters!!!!! Do you think the public just says '' hey " i want to get bit today???!!!!!!!!! I am a trainer and what i type in here is true.

If you have nothing positive to type DONT TYPE!!!

Everything i have typed in here WORKS!!! If you people that typed negative things in here about me or my training skills,        YOU are not trainers. Real trainers know what i typed WORKS!!!!

And what I don`t like is getting virtually yelled at...

See, now that's much better. I've just never seen those abbreviations for the Belgian Malinois or Bouvier (I assume these are the breeds you're referring to?)

There are a lot of opinionated people on this forum who only support positive reinforcement, so consider yourself warned. [:)]

    Thanks for the clarification.

Sorry, that`s really weird, still don`t get the sense, though I´m really trying hard to understand.

But in one thing you`re right (from what I understand): I have nothing nice to say now, so I´m out of this one. [:D]

Sorry must be my age im 31 and been doing this for 14 years, dog training that is i dont know anything lol..    mal 'abv' is a dutch dog that looks like a german shep. a bov 'abv' looks like a giant sch again 'abv'.......  catch on!!!!! lol

Anyway, like people say im not a trainer but i am. And i cant stand people telling me whats right if there not a true trainer. Weather positive / negative reinforcement is right or wrong.

I just wish ;people in here would listen rather than hate. Hate meaning he dont know what hes talking about.   Just try it for 1 week whatever i say. If it dosent work then come back and ill give a different ave.

Im not a fake, i realy train police and family dogs.  I wish you all could come to a class!!!!

Okay, I'll bite.  I shouldn't, I know, because there is this voice in my head that is screaming, TROLL, but I can't help myself.  Maybe you are for real and a small part of me wants to give you the benefit of the doubt.

You say you are 31, but your spelling and grammar skills do not seem, to me, to be consistent with what I would expect from someone of that age.

Anyone can come on an internet bulletin board and claim to be anything.  You come on here and claim to be a trainer yet, on at least two occasions, you have been unable to properly spell schutzhund, which is a discipline you claim to train.

My point here is not to take a shot at you.  I only want to help you to realize why some of us are skeptical about your claims.  Perhaps listing your qualifications, who you train for and a web address would help your credibility.

Just some random thoughts and, BTW, welcome to the board.

Yeah, no offense but it really IS hard to read your posts when you spell worse than someone half your age.

And I don't care if you are a trainer or not, with the attitude that you have on this forum, I wouldn't trust you with my dog for a second.

I did know a dog trainer like you. We took our puppy to a puppy training class there. We ended up taking him out because the trainer grabbed him by the scruff and forced him into a vulerable position, growling as she did this. He wouldn't even take a treat from her she scared him so much!

Sorry if that sounded harsh, I'm just trying to make a point that you weren't getting from the people who expressed it so nicely.

No where did you say "mal" you wrote "mo".   The abv "mal" in dogspeak usually means malinois or malamute.  Given the context of this thread, I'd assume you're talking about a Malinois, but, being the expert Schz trainer that you are, I'm sure you're aware that Malamutes have also been trained for Schz work (albiet unsuccessfully).  Either way, neither the BELGIAN Malniois nor the ALASKAN Malamute derives from the Netherlands.  A DUTCH Shepherd is a different breed altoghether.

Also, "shep" is rather vague for most dog people - to denote a German Shepherd Dog, most people use the abrv. GSD.  Unless you were talking about an Aussie, or the Polish Lowland Sheepdog, or ??

I dont care if your nice, What i care about is the dog and proper training. I never said i was a grammer teacher. lighten up please omg..Im sorry for the abv dog names but this is stupid on your part and how anal you are being!!! If you know what a mal is or a bov is why post???? I dont need negative crap thrown at me about my grammer or what i do.  Do what i do for 1 week rather 1 day see if you can handle it. Enough crap talking untill i see a real dog trainer like myself give me instruction.......   I didnt know grammer and im sorry if you didnt understand, was a part of dog training . As far as cute,  You never knew a dog trainer like me cause from what you said he did, sorry im not like that. Im a good trainer and my students love me..

Is it just me, or do Bouvs not look anything like Giant Schnauzers?

Do Bouvs even *do* bite work???

I haven't met a lot, but the ones I've met.... haven't been so drivey. My favorite Bouvier in the whole wide world, Gracie, is a prissy girl and loves to stand on a grooming table so much, that you can't walk her past one without her stacking on it.
    • Silver
oh, do they ever hurt. they have a strong bite, normaly used as a dutch- sweedish  fielding or police dog.  they get between 90 to 110 lbs.
    • Gold Top Dog
I know how big they are... I've groomed six or eight Bouviers. I've *never* met one with what I'd call working drive. I've met Mals so driven their bodies felt like a spring, ready to pop. Never met a drivey Bouv, though.
    • Silver
yea they hurt...     they are very smart dogs and nice..  givin the training shutz  they hurt, only under command. other than that they are or can be dog aggressive. [:)]
