• Dog sweat cause less urine jpoon Posted : 5/2/2006 2:50:03 PM Does dog sweat in hot weather? I am living in CA, my dog is a Pekingese.  He has long and thick hair.  Now the weather is really like summer in daytime.  My dog won't have that much pee in this few days.  Will it be caused by sweating?  Where do they sweat from?  Any one knows?  Thanks. • dyan Posted : 5/3/2006 7:21:20 AM Is your dog drinking a normal (for him) amount of water and just not peeing it back out?   I ask because my Bubblegum does not pee a lot, but does not drink a lot on a normal day.  I put water in her kibble just to make sure she gets water. • jpoon Posted : 5/3/2006 3:13:55 PM Hi dyan & oylin, thanks for your reply.  Since there is no more raining here, I walk my boy every morning.  I think he knows and he doesn't like peeing indoor.  So he just saves it and have it done outdoor.  When I walk him he pees at every spot until nothing out.  Dyan, he just like your dog, doesn't drink a lot around the house except after walking.  So I think he is fine. 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
