After trying a sample of MN, I picked up a bag of the Chicken MN and the ingredients list looks like a bag of Pro Plan: Chicken, Chicken Meal, Brewer's Rice, Ground Wheat, Corn gluten meal, Peas, chicken fat, beet pulp and carrots are the first ingredients. Dogs really like it and have good poop and no problems. Not very holistic but pretty basic
