I called customer service at Fromm about a month ago and asked for a sample for Murphy. She said she would send it right out. Well, I waited and waited, and nothing came. So I called again this week and I explained that I had called a month ago and didn't receive anything. She said she would send it right out. Today it arrived. They sent 3 full size cans of Beef, Duck and Tuna, and they sent five different flavors of their dry kibble. Generous sized bags at that! I'm really impressed. Now if Murphy likes them and he doesn't have any stomach upsets we'll have a new food to add to the rotation. [
