I would try Eagle Pack Holistic Chicken. It says it is for small to medium breeds since they changed the packaging, but before it was an all life stages and the ingredients haven't changed since then, just the packaging.
I have a long story to go along with why I recommend EP Chicken Holistic for weight gain, but I'll give you the short hand version. I used to work for a pet product store. Within one month 3 people came in with underweight dogs. They were all feeding Pedigree. First I recommended Diamond Performance, which is better than Pedigree with more calories than Pedigree, but not as expensive as a premium food. All 3 came back in saying it didn't work. I then thought, well, maybe these dogs, 2 were pitties, 1 was a rottie, need more than the average amount of nutrition. I talked them into Eagle Pack Chicken Holistic. It worked. From then on, every time someone asked about a weight gain food I recommended Eagle Pack Chicken Holistic. Although you are already feeding a good food, the way I see it is some dogs need more than the average nutrition and EP Chicken Holistic, although it may not have more calories than say Diamond, it has more nutrition. My experience with Solid Gold is that all of their formulas are designed to keep a dog thin.
I used to feed Solid Gold to my dog, I still do to my cat. I stopped feeding it to my dog (I fed the wee bits formula) because he was loosing weight. I feed it to my cat because I want to keep her thin. When I've switched foods in the past, she puts on weight. So Solid Gold Cat food keeps her waddle at bay.
