EP Holistic Fish and Oatmeal

I decided to try the fish one over the lamb and rice because it onnly has 12% fat rather than 15% fat.Dingo has a slight weight issue that I'm trying to resolve and was hoping the less fat in his food would help. Am I right? Also anyone else tried this flavor and were you happy?

I tried it... two of the dogs liked it, one wouldn't touch it.

I can feed tripe without a problem, but THIS stuff STINKS!! [:'(]

I feed it to my chi's and my older female beagle (she has flea allergy) and they really like it! Yes, it does have a fishy odor, but hey, it doesn't bother the dogs, lol. I must add that their coats are looking great and we haven't had ANY issues since starting this food.

I'm so glad to hear that!, but what about the fat. Will it help Dingo lose weight because it has less % fat than the lamb and rice.

I have mine on a reduced amount right now because they are a little "chubby", and by reducing the fat, will help them loose a little weight. I just have to get hubby to stop giving them food off his plate when I'm not looking. They are not overly active, so I don't think they need the higher fat. My beagles, on the other hand get a much higher protein and fat due to the performance issues.
You know your dogs better than anyone and I'm sure you will make the right choice for him [
