Talk about great customer service...

Recently, one of the local clothing merchants had a photo contest to choose among other things, a dog to represent their business. This contest had a few sponsors, one of which was Scooter Food, a local (NYC) company that prepares, packages, and sells home cooked meals and treats for dogs. Contestants were to receive samples of the treats and other goodies as well. Unfortunately, there were no treats to be had, all had been given out earlier at the monthly Prospect Park Dog Bark, which is held the first Saturday of every month. It is an off-leash event in the park where dogs and adults get treats...quite a spectacle to see hundreds of dogs gathering playfully in the park. I sent an email to Scooter Food and told them how disappointed I was that there were no dog treats available at the photo shoot.
I received a wonderful return email indicating that the company was sorry that there were no treats to be had and that I would soon receive some samples. To my surprise, the owner of the company, Michelle, stopped by my house and personally delivered treats and a sample of a home cooked meal. The food looks terrific and Izzy just loved the treats. How's that for great customer service? The website for the company is, [linkhttp://www.scooterfood.com/]http://www.scooterfood.com[/link]
