It's not bad! I'd like to see a little more meat in the earlier ingredients, though.

I was thinking the same thing as Cita Also not sure given all the problems with protein derivatives how I feel about "potato product?" If you give it a try let us know how you like it!

I think you can do much better for the price. And I detest their marketing system.

Potato product, egg product, natural flavors, and salt are all a little vague.

I use to feed my babies Nurtro, I thought that was a good food till the recall.
Can anyone suggest something.... I have two large dogs...

Life's Abundance is made from human grade ingredients. The primary protein source is chicken meal. The chicken is better than Tyson chicken, meaning the chicks are not free range but are feed a little antibiotics when they are born to keep them alive. No Hormones and No Steroids.
Chicken meal is a term that describes that the chicken has no feathers, feet, heads, bones,or ofal or any by product in the finished product. The chicken meat is then dehydrated to remove moisture, then weighted and added to the mix. The resulting protein is 26%, fat 16%
One of the most important items about this food is that when you get the food delivered to your door it is still fresh, usually between two (2) to Four (4) weeks from manufacture. Never over six (6) old. I have received food as fresh as one (1) week to the day. This can only be accomplished by selling this food factory direct, there for eliminatine the warehousing etc.

I have never fed Lifes abundance...and.. NEVER WILL..I dont like it being shoved down my throat by reps who come to this board...Who are taking full advantage of the recall to TRY to flog there product...

I know you say i can do much better but if you can give me just one or two brands that i can look at please email then or post them to me.
I donot like the sales tactic but I want to feed my animals a good food.
