I am familiar with SmartPak from my horsie days - and they are not a company that manufacturees their own products. They custom package other companies' products to your specs for you. (which is FABULOUS when you have to feed a barn full of horses all on different supplements). It's fairly safe to assume they contracted another company to manufacture this food and label it with their name.
