Menu Foods CFO

Well now this is interesting. The chief financial officer of Menu Foods sold about half of his shares in the company just three weeks before the recall. Probably just a coincidence-----ya think?

Yes it does and there is no way that guy didn't know when he sould those stocks what was going to be coming down on that company. I figure he only sold part of them so he could claim total innocence--why if he had been going to do something illegal he would have sold them all. No, this way he didnt lose as much and can claim he didn't know.

they clearly knew something was wrong months before they initiated the recall.

It's obvious what their priorities were----pull the stuff off the market now or wait until we cover our losses?
