Sensible Choice Natural Blend?

    Sensible Choice Natural Blend?

What do any of you think about Sensible Choice Natural Blend by Royal Canin? Since I am holding off from TO, at least for a while, I like the protein/fat content of this food, 26/15. I still really like the Eagle Pack foods, but this is a little higher in protein than their Holistic line. At least, maybe this would be good in my rotation of foods? I have always had much success with other RC products. I never read of any one on this food, so would love some feedback if any one has used it.

I think I am becoming a cronic food switcher!

    Thanks!

I've never fed the Natural Blend, but I'm a big fan of Sensible Choice. The Lamb & Rice has been wonderful for us.

They have a frequent buyer program where you can get one bag free after ten. If you buy at Petco you can use their PALS program to get one free bag, then send your UPC codes to SC to get another one.

Here's the ingredient list for anyone else who may be interested. The ingredient list looks really, really good to me! [:)] I couldn't feed it only because Gingerbread is allergic to brewer's yeast, but otherwise it looks awesome!

Chicken meal, brown rice, chicken, oatmeal, potato starch, chicken fat (preserved with mixed tocopherols), dried tomato pomace, natural flavor, spray dried chicken, fish meal, dried egg product, brewers dried yeast, flax, canola oil, monosodium phosphate, potassium chloride, spray dried chicken liver, extract of chicory, apples, blueberries, spinach, dried cheese, sweet potatoes, dried kelp, dehydrated alfalfa meal, yucca schidigera extract, cloves, parsley, calendula, dandelion, basil, calcium carbonate, choline chloride, zinc proteinate, probiotics dried Lactobacillus acidophilus fermentation product, dried Enterococcus faecium fermentation product, dried Lactobacillus plantarum fermentation product, dried Lactobacillus casei fermentation product, dried Lactobacillus lactis fermentation product, dried Bifidobacterium bifidum fermentation product dried Enterococcus diacetylactis fermentation product), vitamin E supplement, ascorbic acid, zinc oxide, manganese proteinate,

Edited to add, I agree that the protein level of EP Holistic is a little low, especially the Lamb formula.

Luvntzus, Thanks for posting the ingredients. I was getting ready to do the same, then saw your post.

I think the ingredients look really good too, and I like the ;protein level. TImberwolf Bison has same protein level, my dogs are doling so good on TO, so I am having a hard time with my decision to take them off it for now. I am going to keep my eye on the company, and if I feel like they are really getting their act together, I will probably go back, just not comfortable enough to feed it to my guys right now.

I bought a small bag of Natural Blend, so will see how they do. I have one Pug that does not do well on yeast, so will be keeping him on EP Duck.
