Senior Vitamins

• Senior Vitamins willowchow Posted : 3/26/2007 12:42:14 AM Hi!  Does anyone have any suggestions for a senior dog multi-vitamin.  I'd like something that I can use daily.  I've looked online and there is so much out there.  It's hard to pick without some recommendations. Thanks. • brookcove Posted : 3/26/2007 10:38:42 AM My absolute favorite is a tab called Cholodin. It's a B-vitamin blend with a few other nutrients that target the difficulties geriatric dogs have. When I put my 13 year old mixed breed on it, even her incontinence improved greatly. It's biggest strength is in helping with mental function. Ben used to be on anipryl for cognitive dysfunction but I was able to take him off that pricey drug when I started the anipryl. He'll probably go back on the anipryl eventually but it's nice to put that off. I have not been able to find it anywhere online except KV Vet - sorry dog.com - maybe you should consider stocking this item?
