Freeze dried treats anyone?

    Freeze dried treats anyone?

I try to give Sampson healthy treats so I usually only use the NB food rolls as
treats.  Im sure he would like something new so I found some freeze dried chicken
treats at costco today.  Has anyone ever tried them?  Protein is real high at 70 so
I dont know how many or how often to give him one.  Maybe one a day.
Also,  I got sardines for my cat that won't touch wet food and he took two bites
and wanted nothing more to do with them.  My dog loved em though.  I don't see
anything wrong with giving him sardines a few times a week do you?  I got the ones packed in water but would the oil be better for his skin and coat?
Thanks for your input in advance.

Sardines are great! My dogs absolutely love them. I'm actually about to make a post about some freeze dried sardines I bought, today[;)]

I use the freeze dried chickens, periodically. I'm more likely to buy a different meat, since Emma is allergic to chicken. I use them for midday snacks. I come home at lunch, and let the dogs out, then give them something to eat, when I leave. If I have some duckies or bunnies, they'll eat those. Teenie might get a chicken filet, and Emma would get something different (like an egg, or a scoop of dog food).

The boys have had, and enjoy , the freeze dried chicken.  They're also fanatical over some freeze dried salmon treats I bought.
