Celery

I get these veggie trays at the store, but they always come with celery, which I'm not crazy about... so I figure, maybe I can give it to the dogs so it doesn't go to waste lol... • Shohin Posted : 12/29/2006 1:37:29 PM I've given winston chunks of celery before . . . he's not as interested in eating it as he is in playing with it though (e.g. tossing it around the room, acting as if it is violently attacking him and bites him every time he touches it, etc.  It's actually hysterical to watch.).  He'll eventually eat it, and he's never had any problems because of it, and I never see any "remains" come out the other end so I assume its getting digested entirely. 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available. • brookcove Posted : 12/29/2006 7:46:59 PM Zhi adores it. I love celery too though I miss the sweeter taste of celery grown in CA. For that matter I miss the taste of almost everything grown in CA. I used to eat lots more fruits and veggies when I lived out there, and was really horrified at how things taste here on the east coast. It takes them a few minutes as they eat the stalk like a rabbit ear (they're small dogs).
