Thanks to e-mail notifications I was able to read the un-edited post and I didn#%92t consider it a personal attack, just a complete misunderstanding of the situation. I suspect Janice was trying to do the same thing I was, get all the facts out on the table for the discussion.
As for “personal gripes made to sound like facts” - these are facts. These are the facts of my, and others, personal experiences. I#%92ve never represented them to be anything else. This is exactly what happened and is happening.
From my experience on the four forums I generally read, Timberwolf hasn#%92t changed anything except that now they will occasionally answer questions – but only if it#%92s a question that they like. Otherwise they#%92ll ignore it, as Chris did with many here and as Jana experienced on the phone. They apparently can#%92t get their bag ordering right, or they wouldn#%92t have run out and their customer service people change every couple of months or so. So even though they talk a big game, in reality nothing has changed.
It#%92s not a personal vendetta, but I do feel strongly that a company entrusted with pets#%92 lives should be reputable and responsible, and be run in such a way as to inspire confidence. I don#%92t get that from Timberwolf, but if they ever really do change I#%92ll be the first to commend them, because I think they#%92ve got a good concept. But to me it#%92s not just about the ingredient list, it#%92s about a good product with good quality control and responsive customer service and an honest and reputable company standing behind it.
