Ack!! Timberwolf really screwed up this time...

    Fortunately, I don't have a conscience and Odie likes TWO.  I tried it.
     
    I did see a page where they said they are having some shipping problems and problems with users signing in who were registered on the site prior to the upgrade.  Apparently, they have no idea how serious their shipping problems are.
     
    The item is still showing in my shopping cart.  We will see what happens.  If they do ship it, I will PROBABLY do the right thing and pay them for it, since I needed to order soon anyway.  I wouldn't bet a lot of money on it or hold your breath, but I probably will.  [:)]

    I was tempted, for about half a minute. Then, I decided that I wouldn't be able to do it. Teenie would probably really like to try their food.... I've heard that it's good. I doubt I'd even feed it, though.

    Just to let you know, we have been having serious issues with our website due to a new "shopping cart" that we are using and it has been a nightmare since August.  To top that off, we have had telephone and internet issues at the office for the past three weeks that hopefully are fixed now that a T-1 connection has been installed.
     
    I do want to thank all in this forum for letting us know about this food issue.  We would have caught it eventually, but thanks to your diligence we caught it sooner.
     
    To let you know, we never charge for regular ground shipping for our foods.  If you have purchased food Since August 4 and were charged shipping.  Please let us know and you will be refunded.

    hahaha, no Lizzie, I highly doubt that Puerto Rico falls under "ground shipping".[:D]
    I can STILL get TO cheaper from a store here, so I'll not be ordering any directly from TO.
    And I'm only going to go back to TO if Ella doesn't do well on Nature's Variety.
    I may try a different formula by TO in the future, but Ella didn't care for the Ocean Blue formula.

    That's what I was wondering too. That's GOT to be awful. Somebody is going to have to answer to somebody and I wouldn't want to have to be the one to have to provide THAT answer.

    Carol, you must have just been recently hired by Timberwolf.

    I had problems with the product in the past including mixed types of kibble in the same bag, no expiration date on the bag, bad smell, etc. I sent numerous emails and tried to telephone and speak to someone. No one ever answered the phone or returned the emails.

    Thats awfully kind of you all! I've been thinking of trying your foods for a while now, and maybe this would be a nice way to try it. I'm glad you were able to fix the bloop - I hope it wasn't too horribly damaging, and I also hope that many of the ones who received food in error will realize it and contact you all.

    PS - I just now checked out the site (its been a few months since I looked) - I like the new look and new format. Glad the Salmon oil is back too!
