Hello All!
My name is Carol and I am in charge of sales and marketing with Timberwolf Organics.
Just to let you know, we have been having serious issues with our website due to a new "shopping cart" that we are using and it has been a nightmare since August. To top that off, we have had telephone and internet issues at the office for the past three weeks that hopefully are fixed now that a T-1 connection has been installed.
I do want to thank all in this forum for letting us know about this food issue. We would have caught it eventually, but thanks to your diligence we caught it sooner.
To let you know, we never charge for regular ground shipping for our foods. If you have purchased food Since August 4 and were charged shipping. Please let us know and you will be refunded.
For those of you who have stated that you would not take advantage of our shopping cart error and try to get free food; I have taken down your logins and would like you to contact me personally, we wish to reward your honestly with a free 16.5lb bag of any formula of your choice.
