Hey Lori! Sorry, coming in rather late to this thing. It is SO frustrating trying to find a suitable kibble when your dog has special needs. This is what I ran into with Ginger - who is arthritic enough that I have to be very careful with what she eats. With the list of things she needed to avoid... it became like dog food olympics at my house.
I haven't really kept up with Willow's nutrition journey (so please forgive if you've already answered this), but have you considered doing a home prepared diet for her? Or possibly even part kibble/part home prepared (either cooked or raw)? So chicken and barley are a big no-no? I would imagine eggs and chicken fat probably could fall into the same category too?
Geez, its awful hard to find one. What about the Wellness simple solutions?

For what you're looking for, maybe one of these might work?? Granted there is menadione in it, but aren't they planning to (or already have) remove it? Some grain fractioning going here, but I would be willing to sacrifice due to no chicken, no chicken fat, one grain - and one protein.
What I've found is when you're trying to do the best you can nutritionally and your dog has certain restrictions, sometimes you have to make compromises in other areas in order to find the best food. What I mean is - OK, compromising by using a food with grain fractions, because otherwise the food is perfect.
