Really yummy and easy roast

My sister e-mailed me this recipe.  She knows I don't like to actually touch raw meat, so she said it was OK to use a long fork. I don't like to look at it either, but not looking would probably mean having it fall on the floor. [:)]
 
1 beef roast (any cut) between 2 and 4 lbs. - put in a slow cooker
Mix  together 1 bottle Kraft Catalina (or Russian) dressing, 1 cup water and 1/2 to 1 envelope onion soup mix.  Pour over roast & cook on low for 8 hrs.
 
DS and Max were both impressed.
