I just made up this recipe and it's really good.
Turkey Kielbasa
Can of sauerkraut
Canola oil
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Garlic powder (optional)
Cut the Kielbasa in about 1/4 inch circles
go around a deep frying pan twice w/ canola oil
put in the kielbasa slices sprinkle red pepper and garlic powder,
sauté on high, turn them once or twice.
When they are golden brown
add the can of sauerkraut, and mix it.
Serve it with rye bread I use smart beat for butter
some mustard on the side.
it's good especially on these cold days.
