Macaroni Salad

1lb box macaroni (may sub shells or any pasta )
2 lg tomatoes diced ( chunky)
2 lg cucumbers diced (chunky)
1 sm onion diced ( vidalia)
2 lg bell peppers ( green and red or yellow)
Velvetta
2 cups shredded cheese
1 1/2  cups diced ham
Mayo
Ranch dressing
Butter
 
    Cook pasta until almost done. Drain but not completely. Prepare pasta as you would for homemade mac and cheese using velvetta. Let cool. Add all other ingredients except cheese,mayo and ranch. Stir together and add mayo and ranch to taste. top with shredded cheese. If done right you could make a meal of it. I didn't even like macaroni salad until I tried this.
