my mom has made these for years and now i've started making them. i'll make a batch and eat the whole thing within 24 hours, they're so addictive. and they're probably the easiest things in the world to make. i'm glad i saw this post, now i know what to make for a christmas party i'm going to this weekend

and it's so cheap too lol
oh and after i make them, i put the baking sheet on a towel in the freezer...they get more firm and it's like toffee...then i'll break it into pieces and store in a tupperware container in the freezer, and when i feel like having them a little softer i put them in the fridge for a little while and the butter/sugar gets a little gooey and it's easier to make.
