2 chicken breast (cubed)
1 onion (chopped)
8 sausages
6oz plain flour
6oz milk
2 large eggs
dash of olive oil
pinch of salt
ground pepper, from mil.
cook in oven on 200/gas5 the sausages, chicken & onion, in the olive oil. For 20 mins.
Mix all other ingredients together with electric wisk or hand but would take longer.
Pour batter mix over cooked food & cook until batter is risen & golden brown.
Serve with gravey, (the thicker the better)
