Jessie and Sally both have a lot of food allergies, but Jessie's are almost the opposite; she's allergic to chicken, pork, beef, and most types of fish, but not venison, rabbit, duck, or lamb.

They do sell kangaroo based dog food--California Natural Grain Free has Kangaroo and Red Lentil kibble.
I saw that and have heard of some good results with it, but ruled it out for Jessie. She has chronic pancreatitis so it has too much fiber for her ( probably because it has a lot of lentils), and I avoid foods with plant based oils. Jessie is 13 and although her BUN and creatine are well within normal limits, she has mild protein loss in her urine. It's most likely the beginning of early kidney disease caused by her age. Plant oils such as canola oil can be harmful to the kidneys, but animal fat such as chicken fat isn't.
