So, I picked up another package of beef hearts to try out again. The first time I got a package of it, it came with hearts and livers which I just pan friend in some EVOO and cut up for the dogs food that way.
I was looking for a different method of cooking because this time, the hearts I got are a bit chunkier. I know I could always slice them thinner before pan frying them, but is there another way that the dogs love? All I could find online was braising it.
I cook once a week for the dogs, so this would be added to white and dark meat chicken and tons of veggies. I would like a technique that is fairly easy to do every week.
