Rice Noodles

• Rice Noodles Springer Lady Posted : 1/30/2011 9:01:33 AM I made Pork ans Shrimp Pancit a Filipino dish last night with rice noodle vermicelli, the only thing I could find. The dish is great but the noodles yuck, well the pups thought they were to die for. The recipe just calls for a 6.75 ounce package rice noodles. Clueless about these noodles, I found some on Amazon but not sure. Anyone know about these noodles? • Truley Posted : 1/30/2011 9:15:47 AM Rice noodles are yummy. I love Pad Thai. Check to see if they are in the ethnic area of the store instead of the pasta section. If not, then try finding an asian ethnic store in your area. If you can't find them after that, let me know, I can send you some. I had to Google Asian stores but did find two, used to find everything in China town in Boston, but I don't work out that way anymore.
