    Low Calorie Banana Split Cake

Here's a good one for you all!  I made this yesterday after finding the recipe online and wasn't too sure how good it would turn out but OMG was it ever good!!!  Low in calories also!  If you like bananas, pineapple, strawberries, coconut then you'll love this!

    Banana Split Cake

8 graham crackers (I used grakam crumbs instead)
2 tbsp. diet butter (I didn't use butter...I left the crumbs loose on the bottom)
    2 bananas
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sugar free vanilla pudding
    2 c. skim milk
1 (8 oz.) can sugar free crushed pineapple, drained well
    2 c. lite whipped topping
    1 1/2 c. strawberries
    ground coconut

Crumble graham crackers if using crackers. Add butter. Mix until crumbly. Pack the bottom of 9"x13" pan. Slice bananas over crust. Mix vanilla pudding mix with skim milk (may use instant or cooked mix). Pour on top of bananas. Spread pineapple over pudding. Spread whipped topping over pineapple. Top with strawberries. Then sprinkle with the coconut.  Chill a couple hours.

    Makes 8 servings.

If you try it let me know what you think!  Hope you enjoy!  I might try it with blackberries in place of strawberries next time!

And it doesn't even HAVE to be low in calories!!!  Just use regular milk, whip cream and pudding!!!

    (I love bananas too...and pineapple)

Can't wait to try it! I'll probably make it the non-low calorie way, lol.
