Frozen RMB

If I give Rory a frozen RMB outside, how long should I allow her to have it? I don't want them in my house and I had tried giving in a crate, but she just wanted out of the crate, so for us, outside is the best option where she can lay in the grass and gnaw away. I will supervise her while she has it but I just want to make sure it doesn't go bad or get gross.

What type is it? Poultry, beef? Is the bone edible or just for gnawing?

Depends on what kind of bone/meat it is, and what temperature it is outside.

Right now I have 2 marrow bones on the deck that I give to Bailey to chew on. They have been out there for 3+ weeks. They are empty of course, but he still chews on them a bit.

In the summer, I dont feed him outside normally, but If I do, its a marrow bone or pigs foot. The pigs foot is gone in about 5 minutes, but he could work on a marrow bone for almost an hour depending on the size. I usually dont leave them out for more than 1 day in the summer. Meat goes bad much much faster in the summer.

Should I expect mushy poops if shes not used to eating anything raw?
