Remind me again, how crazy I am LOL

I decided since dh was home (and I have lots more time to myself since he plays more with the kiddos- ya!) I felt like cookng. I've made people treats, people dinners :) and doggy treats.  I've just finished making and cooling a ginormous batch of the Strombeck recipes.  Currently my 3 dogs' heads are jammed into the giant pot (don't worry, it's cooled) to lick the last remaining crumbs.

It is surprising how easy it was to put it together. THis one is turkey/potato.    All I'll have to add to their scoop of food is a vitamin at mealtime. Smells really good, even if it has sardines in it. Dogs approve. The pot is totally spotless! LOL

    It's true, I'm crazy!

Just a little, but darn it, I'm *still* foodsearching, and considering switching them ALL to dehydrated.

    Oh dear! LOL

It's hard, thinking something else might be better.

Currently they're still finishing up dry petguard plus toppers but Gobie drinks and drinks like a madman after and then pees in his crate overnight and soaks everything.  When it's homemade, he doesn't have this issue, so I was hoping it might help.  Have about a week's left of dry yet I wanted to use up.

And that big batch didn't take long to get cooked up either.

Gobie's been giving me fits again lately, he's such a pain in the @ss!!  A true love/hate relationship if ever there was one, and it's mutual, I'm sure.  Terriers are always thinking one step ahead of you, and c'mon now! He'll be 14 in January, it's time to give it up...

    Anyway, I feel ya too!
