There was this treat I used to have in school called Carter Bars...they were no bake...a thick layer of peanut butter/sweet goo with a layer of chocolate on top...they were worth more than gold in the middle school cafeteria (litterally, for my birthday, one of my friends bought me one from the cafe cart at school, and everyone kept telling me "Jenny must really like you...she got you a CARTER BAR!";) Anyways, I am having a major craving, but can't find the recipe...I remember they contain oats, peanut butter and powdered sugar, and the topping had chocolate and butterscotch chips. HELP!!!
