Much of it comes from nutritiondata.com - anything with no bone, or other ingredients like veggies, herbs, dairy products, and grains. It's important to make sure on that web site that you've set the "serving size" to the right amount (I use 100 grams when I can), and then you remember to add them in as you go in a way that allows to you to compare apples to apples. Or sweet potatoes to sweet potatoes. :)
Everything but the items I named in the note I sent will be accurate, to save you some legwork. That's public domain information so you can copy - just remember that I copied it by hand so I can't guarantee 100% accuracy.
