Carrot Cake (at Chuffy's request)

• Chuffy Posted : 7/17/2008 4:00:12 PM OK here is my effort - you may drool: I wasn't sure if I would have enough Goop to cover the cake, so I just did the top at first.  But there WAS enough, I just didn't get round to taking a pic before someone got a knife to it!  I decorated it with chopped walnuts, it was dead simple but it looked great and MIL was really impressed.  There WILL be a next time, and next time I will get a picture before it's cut!  0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
