I am amazed at the number of HUGE people that are out on the gambling boat every time I go out.  Many have to be 400 pounds!  When we go on we are given a white ticket with our muster station on it in case the boat sinks (we go out 9.2 miles to gamble)  Most of the time when jerry & I go together we are not even on the same life boat.  I asked about it and they said the machines put so many people in each boat, usually like 2 in Boat 1, the next two in Boat2, etc.  I thought the other night they could end up with 2 dozen 350-400 pound people in one boat and another boat with 2 dozen 100 pound people.

I really have trouble believing the size of some of these people.  When they sit on the stool, they about 3/4 or more of their butts hanging off.  I am no skinny minnie by any means, in fact could drop about 10 pounds, but these people make me look like a broom stick, men and women.  Many can't even walk up the ramp and the ship has extra large wheel chairs to take them up and down the ramp to get on and off the boat.  I overheard one guy saying that the capacity is 925 people, not counting crew, but he wonderd if they took into consideration all the "porkers" (his word) that were on and cut back to only 825 poeple because many of those fat ones had the weight of 2 or 3 people.  I had never thought about that until he mentioned it.  It is sad to see some of the women that hit at least 300-350 pounds and have such beautiful faces, skin and hair, but look like walking mounds of jello.

Is kind of ironic that 3 times there has been someone at my table ask for sugar free dessert as they were diabetic and all 3 have been down right skinny.
