Solid Gold D-Zyme is the company's digestive enzyme supplement. I've used many human ones also but this one really does a good job. My dog had lost a pound while off of it and once she was back on it she regained that pound in two weeks (she only weighs 9 pounds so it was a big deal). It is about $20-25 but it's powder and lasts a long time. Directions say 1/4 tsp per cup of food. There are several human ones that work well also-Rainbow light Allzyme, GoldZyme by Enzymedica, Wholezyme by Whole Foods.
I've noticed that when my one dog's protein level is too high she loses weight, so I add more fat and a bit of stachy veg such as sweet potatoe. Also several small meals versus one or two large ones seems to help.

Here are some links on putting weight on a dog- Including some recipes that use raw hamburger and total cereal (Called Satin Balls).

I really don't know how they work- Daisy gained weight as soon as she got de-wormed.
