Pressure cooking whole chicken with bones

• Pressure cooking whole chicken with bones sooner Posted : 5/5/2006 10:34:09 AM I was reading in the archives of the old board where Mordanna and several other people said it is safe, and a good alternative to canned, to pressure cook a whole chicken because the bones turn to mush. But I couldn't find anything anywhere that said how long that takes. Any ideas? • shamrockmommy Posted : 5/5/2006 10:46:08 AM I do this occasionally for my guys.  2 hrs at 15lbs pressure does the trick.   Then I add vegs, sometimes rice, whatever I have around and mix it up really well.
